BELTANE Soundbath Meditation

Beltane is the Gaelic May Day festival. It is traditionally held on 1 May, or about midway between the spring equinox and summer solstice in the northern hemisphere. The festival name is synonymous with the month marking the start of summer. Join Jesse on April 31st for a deep sound journey with crystal bowls, vocal toning & visualizations, with an array healing instruments to create a soundscape with many instruments such as all 432hz Crystal Bowls, Chimes, Drums, Flutes, Crystal Harp, tung drum and the sounds of the jungle. This will be Jesse Bucks first Sounbath Meditation offering after being in Costa Rica for 3 months. Join us as we co-create a space to go inward, celebrate the beginning of summer and give ourselves the gift of self-care. A time to connect to intention, to release what isn't serving us and open up to the magic that awaits us this year. He began to study Yoga, Meditation and Vibrational Medicine while connecting to the wide varieties of healing communities in Toronto. He has completed 2 Yoga Teacher Trainings, 2 Sound Healing Trainings, Reiki Level 1/2 and many other trainings that support his work.
