Liebe Tangotänzerinnen, liebe Tangotänzer, Vio und ich freuen uns sehr, den berühmten Neo Tango DJ Elio Astor aus Rom in Berlin willkommen zu heissen. DJ Elio Astor kommt ursprünglich aus der Elektro Szene und legte dort viele Jahre in verschiedenen Clubs auf, bis er seine Liebe zum argentinischen Tango fand. Heute mixed er auf seinen Milongas die DJ Tangosets Live an den Turntables. Ein beeindruckende musikalische Symbiose aus klassischen Tango Klängen und modernen Elektrobeats. Gekrönt wird Elios Berlin Debüt mit einem Showtanz von Germain Cascales (Paris) & Vio TangoForge (San Francisco) gegen Mitternacht. Wer in die Hohe Kunst des DJ Mixens eingeführt werden möchte, kann vorher einen DJ Workshop belegen in der Zeit von 14.00 - 17.00 Uhr. Vor der Milonga wird es eine Praktika mit Germain & Vio geben in der Zeit von 19:30 - 21:00 Uhr. (€7) A dancer creative enough to leap into Elio's most bold concepts of neotango is Germain Cascales from Paris. At 19:30, prior to the milonga, he will teach a course "Dancing with the furniture", the final touch to the first Tangoloft TangoForge course about Dancing on Contemporary Music. (class + milonga = €20) Germain will perform with Vio at 0000 on Friday to Elio's live mix and at the Tangoloft Halloween Masquerade Milonga on Saturday 31 October. Tangoloft is please also to host the following opportunities to learn from Elio and Germain: Elio will teach a DJ workshop on Friday 30 October from 1400-1700. (in English, with Deutsch translation) Germain will teach a tango workshop on Sunday 1 November from 1500-1700.
