BIG ALL-NIGHTER at EL ENCUENTRO!

Three reasons this will be a night to remember! First, we have CLAUDIO OTERO & GERALDINE FREITAG teaching for the first time at El Encuentro! Claudio has performed on stage around the world. Geraldine is a multi-competition winner. This exciting couple is looking forward to sharing their talent and knowledge with everyone!! Second, SUPER DJ DEREK TANG is coming out of "semi-retirement" to make sure Julie's birthday milonga is filled with unforgettable hours of unforgettable music. The last time Derek played for us every single attendee made a point to say how great the music was. And third, it's Julie's birthday. As hostess of El Encuentro, she delights in celebrating other people's birthdays week after week but now it's her turn to puff up her cheeks and blow out 78 candles!!! Julie promises to indulge her guests with the best champagne, cake and scrumptious delights. Back in 1999 El Encuentro was the first milonga in L.A.to go all night and over the years we have done a few more so let's make it another all-nighter at El Encuentro "where it feels like Buenos Aires is just outside the door".
