WHAT: 5 Days of Pure MAGIC- Ecstatic Dance, Sauna, Hot Tub, Ice Plunge, Breathwork, Organic cuisine from the legendary farm to table buffet at Kalani, Fire Side Jam Sessions, Fire Spinning and Intention Setting. Together we will will move, shake, breathe, laugh, dance, sweat, soak and plunge (there's a hot tub!). We will learn practical applications to nourish our spirit through nutrition, hydrotherapy, breath work, yoga and other self-care techniques that will expand your heart wide open! We will start and end our days with meditation and movement practices. We will workshop, brain-map, bio-hack and discover what is waiting to unfold in our lives. While supporting one another, we will reach a state of total relaxation and softening, we will access our body's natural desire to heal, experience rapid transformation, and enter into a state of natural flow in our lives. Tribal DreamZ now calls Hawaii home. Music is not only a passion of Tribal DreamZ, it’s in his blood. For the past few years he has been exploring the higher realms of music attending and performing at conscious/yoga festivals worldwide. His knowledge and passion in an eclectic taste of musical genres allows him to mix anything from Kirtan to Afro-Centric and EDM while keeping his audience blissfuly moving. As a drummer, Tribal DreamZ has traveled the globe in search of ancient rhythms and incorporates his knowledge of primal sounds into every set he lovingly creates. About the facilitator: Jonathan Barry is an Ecstatic Dance evangelist who has a passion for neuroscience and quantum physics. He is notorious for his powerful expression of the divine masculine and feminine through dance. He'll either trigger the ego out of you, inspire you to grow to your fullest potential, or both.
