Birth Stories- Workshop- Jam- Sauna

In this workshop we will explore making sense of touch, movement and the voice. Through establishing receptivity towards these senses we will improvise, and while moving and touching, tell sensuous tales of how we were born, or perhaps of how we might like to be born if we could be born again.
