Blindfold quest In todays session we will forget everything we think we know and tap into the pure innate wisdom of the body. Can we Trust enough to let go? Can we slow down enough to Listen? A space to explore movement and the multi - dimensional nature of contact improvisation. A space for empowering the intelligence of the body and communicating through a language with no words! Our vision is to create a Tribe of Contact Improvisation in Cyprus where we share this beautiful practice! In her work, she has been using Contact Improvisation as a tool for self awareness and reconnection to the body. She explores the body as a perceptual system and the extension of this to the day-to-day interactions.
