Bloomurian’s style ranges from Ecstatic Dance, World Bass, Trip-Hop, Glitchy, Psy-Dub, & Trap, to face-melting, heart-opening, soul-awakening multidimensional frequencies. She is trained as a Jazz and R&B artist. Matia left behind her life of music in the contemporary scene and went on a spiritual pilgrimage that led her to discover devotional music, sacred healing songs, mantras and chants becoming a powerful song carrier, & medicine singer. Her offerings include a wide variety of styles such as call & response singing, dharma-talks, jazz, r&b and spoken word. She has performed with artists such as Shimshai, Equanimous, Kailash Kokopelli, and more. ___________________ About the class:: (Ishtar) Egg Inscription with Original Pre Colonial Mythos of Easter It is always interesting to learn about and reconnect to some of the original holy day meanings and rituals associated with them. This participatory workshop and Ritual is in efforts to connect & educate us with Pre Colonial Pagan roots of Easter- celebrating the mythos of the Goddessees of Fertility and Sexuality Ostara & Ishtar. In this hour we will re enact an ancient Pagan ritual of inscribing an egg with our own personal symbols of power and prayer. Dying the eggs a color representing things like Growth, Passion, Purity, Community, Strength, Sexuality, Peace and Vision. And then taking the egg home with some special instructions for its release.
