Body Awareness Class in MLDA

Hello dance lovers, We wanna invite you for BODY AWARENESS class with Dora in Munich Latin Dance Academy! Our class is for dancers, who are just starting their adventure with dance and also for people, who are dancing already some years. We're gonna keep focus on understanding how the body works and all kind of isolations you can use in social dances, with focus on zouk. We'll try to really move every part of our bodies, work on the quality of the movement, isolate heads, chests, hips and dance with a nice flow and different dynamics. This class will give you better awareness of your body and definitely improve your technique.
