The perfect way to spend Sunday afternoons.. in the studio ❤ 2 hours of training split into 2 separate classes: 2 - 3pm: Body Movement & Conditioning 3 - 4pm: Styling & Shines ★ Class Info ★ Body Movement & Conditioning: Focusing on working the muscles that we use in salsa & dance this class will include a thorough warm up, body isolation drills, conditioning exercises, stretching and a thorough cool down. This is inspired by my classical dance studies where classes focus on training your body to gain the strength & ability to move well, rather than just learning moves. Styling & Shines: A full warm up, technique drills for spinning, arm styling, body movement, footwork & more, followed by a stylish shine to put our new skills into practice ready for the dance floor! This class aims to help you develop your own style & confidence. ★ Schedule & Location ★ This course will take place for 6 Sundays, beginning 18th March, EASTER BREAK NO CLASS 1ST APRIL, ending 29th April at The Vatican studios (closest stations are Bethnal Green (Central line) or Stepney Green (District/ Hammersmith & City lines) before the next course begins. ★ Payment Info ★ £8 for 1 hour or £14 for 2 hours when paid in advance 1 hour class x 6 weeks: £48 2 hour class x 6 weeks: £84 Paypal link for payment: https://www.paypal.me/gabrielladance *Drop-ins welcome at £10 per 1 hour class or £18 for both hours ★ About your teacher ★ Gabriella began dancing aged 3 with ballet, tap and modern. She spent her childhood performing, training to sing and act too. Introduced to the Latin culture aged 7 by her Colombian step family - her love for their music and movement began. She achieved silver ISTD medals in both Latin and Ballroom, as well as continuing with ballet plus studying & performing Contemporary dance for many years. Her teaching journey began 4 years ago by assisting ballet, contemporary & salsa classes, to eventually teaching several classes per week plus choreographing & training student performance teams. Successes include headlining Move It! - the UK's biggest dance event - in 2017 with her samba team & performing at El Sol Salsa Festival in Warsaw 2017 with Caramelo Pro Team.
