Body Isolation class in MLDA

Hello dance lovers, We open BODY ISOLATION class in Munich Latin Dance Academy! Our class is for dancers, who are just starting their adventure with dance and also for people, who are dancing already some years. We're gonna keep focus on all kind of isolations you can use in zouk, salsa, kizomba etc. We're gonna try to really move our heads, chests and hips with a nice flow and different dynamics. This class will give you better awareness of your body and definitely improve your technique.
