About this Event
This will be a daylong immersion in somatic and creative movement practices. As we head into the growth cycle of Spring, we’ll create a container for rest and regeneration, for connection and play. We’ll ground our felt bodies through developmental movement practices, finding support from the organs, fluids and bones. Fine-tuning our sense perceptions, we’ll dance and witness each other through the practices of Contact Improvisation and Authentic Movement. We’ll do some creative journaling, re-framing our questions and composting our experiences.
This workshop is open to all.
