Body Movement and Salsa Ladies Styling

Ladies, This classes are for all improvers/intermediate salsa dancers who want to: - improve their body movement while dancing - boost their selfconfidence - learn some styling techniques - learn new moves - improve musicality - learn new shines (on1 and on2) You really have more than one reason of why you should be attending those classes!! Classes will run at the Yorkshire Dance Leeds, in Studio 2. From 8.00 till 9.30pm: - 8.00-8.45pm - Styling on1 - 8.45pm -9.30pm - Mambo style (on2). In both classes we will focus a lot on body movement. We will work on coordination, body isolation and then as we move forward we will go through techniques and some more intrigued shines. I will also give you tips for styling in partnerwork. Cost is as follwing: £5 for 1 class £8 for 2 classes Footwear: Comfortable clothes and possibly salsa shoes. You can also wear jazz shoes.
