Body Oracle Free Form Dance

April 15th 6:30-8:00 PM Set to a soundscape of music we cover the landscape of emotion and explore what it is to be human through the dance. Stepping in, dropping down, we move into the body, breath and sweat as a reset and resource. In times of great change we are asked for our dynamic embodiment. Ecstatic movement brings us home as our own leader and teacher. This is the dance makes waves as we turn turbulence to tranquility as a collective intention. This is our body prayer. Cassie has traveled extensively to dance the 5Rhythms and multiple other movement modalities. As an event coordinator in Asheville for 10 years, she holds a deep love for the depths of the dance.
