Boogaloo Lounge with Richie Ray: An evening of Film, History, and Dance with FANIA Legend

Elegant Rumba Dance Company is proud to present this special night with a live appearance from Latin music legend, innovator, featured artist in new documentary film "We Like It Like That", and our personal inspiration, RICHIE RAY! We start with a movie screening of “We Like It Like That- The Story of Latin Boogaloo” featuring legendary artist Richie Ray. After the movie Richie will lead a Q&A about his life as a pioneer of Latin Music. Following, we will burn the floor in our own Boogaloo Lounge and dance the night away! Doors open 8pm Movie Screening begins 8:30pm Q&A with Richie Ray 10pm Dancing 10:30pm Cost: This evening will be a Donation Event to support Elegant Rumba's Latin Dance Youth Program with a partnership from the Boys and Girls Club of Lee County.
