Boogie on the Bay Shag Club Board Meeting . BOTBSC holds monthly meetings to keep our Club running smoothly and our members informed. The meetings are held on the second Monday of every month. The General Business Meetings rotate with Board Meetings which occur every third month. . The Board meeting is for Club Officers and Standing Committee Chairs. Non-board members may participate in discussion or present reports at the discretion of the president, but may not make motions or vote. . All Board Members will receive an email invitation the Wednesday before the meeting date. Please RSVP as requested in the email to assist in planning.
