TONY LARA & TIFFANY 🇦🇺 Tony Lara, widely known as the Bachata Godfather, was the world’s first international Modern Bachata dancer and a pioneering promoter of global Bachata weekenders. With a career that spans every continent, Tony’s legacy has helped shape the international Bachata scene as we know it today. Now based in Sydney, he co-directs the world-renowned Bailando Festival alongside Mitch Bilic—home to the Worlds 1st Annual largest Jack & Jill competition ever held, with over 190 dancers lighting up the floor for 8 consecutive years. Joining him is Tiffany Wilson, the current Australian Ladies Bachata Champion and director of Las Fieras—the two-time national champions of the Australian Bachata Ladies Team division. Known for her strength, elegance, and inspiring leadership, Tiffany is a force both on and off the stage. Together, this dynamic duo brings decades of experience, refined artistry, and an infectious energy to every performance and workshop.
