Bozeman Lion's Gate Portal Ecstatic Dance with Traveling DJ ELO

An opportunity to dance freely, have fun, make connections and play! 7 pm - Gathering 7:15 pm - Opening Circle (please be there for this!) 7:30-9 pm - Dance! We'll gather in a location to be determined around Bozeman, MT to dance, play and connect on 8/8 which is known as the Lion's Gate Portal. According to Western astrology, the Lion’s Gate Portal is an annual astrological phenomenon that occurs when the Sun is in Leo and aligns with the star Sirius, bringing a flood of high-frequency energy to the Earth. In 2025, this portal is expected to reach new heights, giving every zodiac sign a chance to rewrite their story and claim their true power. Ecstatic Dance is a movement practice where you are invited to move your body in any way you want without judgement. The music will go in a wave, starting mellow and building faster and faster before slowing down again. Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to drop into your body, to let it move you, and to express in whatever way you please. The main guidelines are 1) no talking (to support people to move from their minds into their bodies) and 2) no shoes!
