Brazilian Lambada Intensive with Juliana & Rafael

We are excited to welcome Brazilian Latin dancers, choreographers and performers, Juliana and Rafael, to the Sunshine Coast on the 16th March to teach Brazilian dance style LAMBADA. ★ABOUT JULIANA & RAFA★ Juliana & Rafa have been sharing their knowledge and passion of dancing for more than 10 years. Based in Brisbane - Australia since 2016, and focusing on the growth of Brazilian dance styles, they have been teaching and performing Brazilian Zouk, Lambada, Samba de Gafieira and Bolero in different events around the world including: Congresso Mundial de Salsa (Brazil), Casa do Zouk (Australia), Brazouky (Australia), Dutch Zouk Congress (Netherlands), New Zealand Latin Dance Championships and more. https://julima-rafapitarello.com/ ★ABOUT LAMBADA★ Lambada is the name that was given to a dance originally developed in Porto Seguro from earlier Brazilian and African dances. It was popularized worldwide through the success of music and dance performed by Loalwa Braz and the internationally successful Kaoma company – of which Master Braz and his brother Master Didi were members. ‘LambaZouk’, ‘Zouk Lambada’, ‘Lamba’ and ‘Neo Lamba’ are all recent names for modern Lambada, which forms the foundations of the now popular Brazilian Zouk.
