We will work on two types of combinations: Sequential combinations — how to transition from one pattern to another with clarity, fluidity, and intention. Layered combinations — how to combine movements at the same time, creating new variations by stacking ideas on top of each other. For example, adding a head movement, body action, or directional concept onto a foundational step to create a new movement quality. The goal is not just to learn more patterns, but to understand the logic behind how patterns are created, connected, and transformed. ### 8–9 PM | Pattern Mastery (and JnJ Prep) This class is dedicated to mastering foundational Brazilian Zouk patterns beyond their raw technique. Each week, we will take a pattern and explore it through a different lens: musicality, connection, teamwork, adaptability, difficulty, creativity, and performance. We will use the Jack & Jill framework as a practical tool to organize this process — not because the class is only for competitors, but because it provides a clear and actionable way to understand what mastery actually means.
