Brazilian Zouk - Beginners (8 weeks)

This course is ideal for absolute beginners and anyone looking to build a solid foundation in Brazilian Zouk. 𝐍𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐍𝐄𝐑 𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐃 – we rotate regularly in class. Each class starts with solo drills and warm-ups to develop balance, rhythm, and body control. You'll then be guided through clear, progressive partner exercises that build your understanding of connection, lead/follow technique, and the signature flow and movements of Zouk. Expect a relaxed and social vibe with plenty of room to learn, move, and enjoy.
