Brazilian Zouk - Classes start - Last block in 2023!

Brazilian Zouk and Lambada classes - We start in week 43! ✨Sign up for the classes here: www.tilmeld.osaf.dk ✨ WHAT? Zouk 1 🌱 Beginner friendly! Come and learn the basic steps and foundations of the incredible couples dance, zouk! It might be worth revisiting every so often to sharpen your basic technique. We will work different moves alongside timing, weight transfer, and frame. Zouk 2 🌺 We will be working on deepening our understanding of the foundations. Variations of basic steps. Exploring footwork, grounding, musicality, and more. Zouk 3 🪴 It is important that you are comfortable in your frame, footwork, and technique as we will be working with simple headmovements. Also improving, turns, stability, and more. Zouk 4 🌵 This course requires being comfortable and confident with the most common headmovements as we will combine different headmovements in flowing sequence, and explore active vs passive headmovments etc. Zouk Solo Styling & Technique - open level 🌼 For both leaders and followers. We will work on solo technique and aesthetics in zouk through drills and choreography. No partner work. Lambada - open level 🌟 For beginners and up. We will differentiate the class so people who already have learned some lambada will also be challenged. Lambada is a super fun dance, that can feel like a fusion of salsa and zouk. So if you know either one (or neither!) it will be a great dance for you to try. As a zouk dancer, it can give a better understanding of the basis of Brazilian zouk, as zouk originates in lambada.
