Hello NRW, Tiago & Emilia here And we want to invite you to the first party in Cologne organized by us 🥰 We want to start the year offering something to the local community! We have the pleasure to be traveling the whole year to different places and meeting different communities, that was hard to offer something here in cologne, since there is, luckily, already so much going on in this region! But now here is something from us and hopefully you guys are interested on this 💪🏽 We will have a 2 hours Workshop with LIMITED SPOTS , only 20 spots (10 leaders and 10 followers) The level is intermediate and advanced What does it means? 1- foundations are not a problem 2- waves and isolations are not a problem 3- you have an idea or master head movement We want to teach you guys one of our signature movements, BUT we will have , as always, a progressive workshop pace, so we will not jump steps just show the pattern, we build a foundation so we can luckily get to the pattern!
