About this Event
Hi Guys
I would like to invite you all for a Brazilian Zouk Crash Course
My idea is to make a class less formal where I can just share my knowledge with you guys who dance already lambada zouk or even for those who don't dance zouk yet but dance other styles like salsa, bachata etc..
About the location I'm still waiting for some answers it's hard to communicate with people from this distance so from tomorrow I will be in Tel Aviv already so then will be easier to take care of it. I will let you know the location as soon is possible.
About the price for the workshops it will depends how many people are going to participate, for 4 hours workshop the price would be between 50-100 NIS per person.
At least 6 people - 100 NIS
More then 10 people - 75 NIS
More than 20 people - 50 NIS
I really would like to see the Brazilian zouk develop in Israel so I hope that it will work out, I know that this idea is kind of spontaneous but it's just like the Brazilian way to be I guess, I'm going to be there anyway so would be a shame don't try to use this opportunity to dance a little bit with those are into the Brazilian Zouk.
Hope that see u soon!

A little bit about me and my work:
Marcos de Lima is 27 and he comes from the South Brazil.
As a thirteen-year-old boy Marcos started to practice Brazilian dances. When he was 17 he went to the ballet school where after three years of intensive trainings he finished studying in one branch of the most famous ballet school in the world - the school of the Moscow Bolshoi Theatre in Brazil.
Before Marcos graduated, he went to the concert of Polish group “Mazowsze” which tour was taking place in Brazil. He immediately decided to show his skills and asked for the audition. He was accepted and a month later he lived in Poland.
Besides Poland and Brazil, he was also dancing in USA, France, Canada, Morocco, Montenegro, Croatia, Ukraine, Israel and other countries.
After six years of living in Poland he changed his job 4 times to develop his technic in other dance styles working in Classical theater, musical theater and nowadays working in a jazz contemporary company.
He was one of the 36 participants on the 6 edition of You Can Dance – Just Dance. During the casting he charmed one juror, got a ticket to Casablanca.
He still loves his Brazilian rhythms and in parallel with development of the career of professional dancer he also dances and teaches native dance rhythms such as samba, samba de gafiera and Brazilian zouk.
