Brazilian Zouk Embodiment in Fort Collins

Brazilian Zouk is a partner dance derived from Lambada. It is a fusion dance with structure which gives us infinite possibilities! It is high vibration, sensual, dynamic, playful and holistic. If you've never tried it you have a delicious surprise in store. Join Rachel for this 3 Hour workshop which will dive deep into an embodied experience of Brazilian Zouk. Enjoy an exploration of the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies through breath, movement, and touch. You will develop fundamentals while learning tools to enjoy the dance no matter what external circumstances arise. Find peace and comfort in your own body and then connect with a partner to create moving art.
