FÜR WEN IST DER WORKSHOP GEEIGNET? Ihr kennt bereits die Basiselemente von BRAZILIAN ZOUK? Ihr habt unseren 8-wöchigen BEGINNER/BASICS Kurs oder das Intensive Weekend (oder ca 8 Std. ähnliche Kurse) bereits absolviert? Nun wollt ihr mehr Details, ein paar fehlende Basis-Elemente und kleine Variationen lernen? Dann seid ihr beim IMPROVER INTENSIVE genau richtig! Hier bauen wir auf den Basics auf und geben euch noch mehr Möglichkeiten, eure Tänze interessanter und breiter gefächert zu gestalten. Wer bisher nur Beginner 1 hat oder sonst irgendwie unsicher ist, uns bitte einfach kontaktieren... Ihr habt die bisherigen Improver Intensives versäumt? KEIN PROBLEM! Voraussetzung sind nur die Basics! Ihr könnt trotzdem dazustoßen! In Improver-Kurse kann man bei jedem neuen Block neu quereinsteigen. Geführt werdet ihr durch den Workshop von GUIDO, Zouk Instruktor in Wien seit 2011, und MARIA, ebenfalls mit vielen Jahren Zouk- und Unterrichts-Erfahrung, zertifizierte MAC-Zouk Instruktorin, erfolgreiche Jack&Jill Telinehmerin, in Warschu eben Platz 5 belegt. Siehe Bios unten. Anmeldung auch ohne Partner möglich, aber wir versuchen, eine gute Balance zwischen Leader und Follower zu halten, und tauschen auch laufend durch. Um an Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen ist es nicht notwendig, außer dem ausgeschriebenen Workshopbeitrag, weitere Mitgliedsbeiträge zu zahlen. Wir organisieren seit 2011 Kurse, Partys und andere Veranstaltungen und haben tiefgreifende Erfahrung im Unterrichten und in Veranstaltungsorganisation. MARIA STRONSKA ========================= stammt ursprünglich aus der Ukraine und lebt jetzt in Graz. Sie ist MAC-zertifizierte Brazilian Zouk-Instruktorin. Neben Zouk tanzt Maria auch Kizomba, Bachata und Salsa. Sie begann ihre Zouk-Karriere 2018 in Tschernihiw, Ukraine mit ihren lokalen Lehrern INNA und YAROSLAV INDIK, die ukrainische Jack & Jill (JnJ)-Champions sind. Sie nahm an verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Kursen und Kongressen teil, um ihre Technik zu verbessern. Maria nahm an verschiedenen JnJ-Wettbewerben teil und belegte den ersten Platz im Paar-JnJ sowohl in Zouk als auch in Bachata und den dritten Platz im gemischten Zouk JnJ in der Ukraine. Im Jahr 2022 nahm Maria am MAC-Programm teil – der weltweit umfassendsten Lehrerausbildung für brasilianischen Zouk, entwickelt von Alex de Carvalho, einer Zouk-Legende mit mehr als 27 Jahren Erfahrung in diesem Tanz weltweit. Sie nahm sich ein ganzes Jahr Zeit, die Zouk-Schulbank zu drücken und bestand die praktische und theoretische MAC-Prüfung in Paris. Heute ist sie eine offiziell vom MAC anerkannte brasilianische Zouk-Instruktorin. Maria hat eine große Leidenschaft für Zouk, liebt es, sich durch Tanzen auszudrücken und ist bestrebt sich ständig im Tanz weiterzuentwickeln. Sie freut sich darauf, ihr Zouk-Wissen mit euch zu teilen. GUIDO ASCHENBRENNER ========================= ist internationaler Tanz-Instruktor und war der erste Wiener Zouk Instruktor sowie Organisator. Guidos Tanzlaufbahn begann mit 16 Jahren mit Standard/Latein. Bereits nach wenigen Monaten war er Teil der tanzschuleigenen Show-Gruppe. Später fand er Gefallen an Latino-Tänzen wie Salsa, Bachata u.a., bevor er schließlich 2010 seine Liebe zum Brasilianischen ZOUK entdeckte. Ende 2011 begann er mit der Organisation von Kursen, Tanzabenden und Gastlehrerworkshops. Seit 2014 tanzt und seit 2016 unterrichtet er auch Samba de Gafieira. Guido hat von allen wichtigen (v.a. brasilianischen) Zouk Lehrern der Welt in Europa und Brasilien in Gruppen- und Privatunterricht gelernt, und unzählige spezielle Instruktoren-Trainings besucht, teilweise in Brasilien, wo er neben Europa auch Erfahrung mit dem Unterrichten auf internationalen Kongressen sammeln konnte. Guido hält sich immer auf dem Laufenden, indem er internationale Kongresse und Intensivworkshops der besten internationalen Zouk-Lehrer besucht und regelmäßig zur Fortbildung nach Brasilien reist (bis 2023 bereits 9 Mal). Sein letzter Aufenthalt beinhaltete einen dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der berühmten Tanzschule von Daniel, Matheus & Nina in CAMPINAS, SP, Brasilien. Die Lehrer, die seinen Tanzstil am stärksten beeinflussten, sind die weltberühmten Stars Freddy MARINHO & Andressa CASTELHANO, William TEIXEIRA & Paloma ALVES, Val CLEMENTE & Vanessa BONILHA, Matheus FRANCO & Nina DARBELLO, Marck SILVA & Melyssa TAMADA, Clinton LACERDA & Cristi BOONE und viele mehr. Dank Guidos Initiative erlebte die Zouk Szene in Wien bedeutendes Wachstum. 2011 war er der erste, der den wichtigen Schritt gemacht hat, wöchentliche Kurse anzubieten und wöchentliche Socials sowie regelmäßige Workshop-Wochenenden mit den berühmtesten Zouk-Lehrern der Welt (vorrangig aus Brasilien) in Wien zu organisieren. Einige der Gastlehrer konnte er auch für den Aufenthalt in Wien über mehrere Monate gewinnen, um bestmöglich Spezialwissen nach Wien zu bringen. Er ist Gründer der langjährigen regelmäßigen jährlichen Veranstaltungen RIO ZOUK (& SAMBA) WEEKEND und MEGA ZOUK & SAMBA WEEKEND und hat zahlreiche weitere kleinere und mittelgroße Veranstaltungen organisiert. Insgesamt hat er bereits fast alle namhaften internationalen Zouk-Lehrer zu Workshops, Festivals und auch für längerfristige Aufenthalte (meist 3 Monate) nach Wien geholt. Guido ist Gründer von ZOUK-VIENNA CONNECTION, des ersten Vereins in Österreich, der speziell dem Tanz ZOUK, aber auch anderen Brasilianischen Tänzen gewidmet ist. Als ehemaliges Mitglied des International Zouk Flash Mob Management Teams (IZFM MT; heute International Zouk Day) und Gründer des IZFM hat er auch über den Zeitraum von einigen Jahren bedeutend zum Wachstum von Zouk weltweit beigetragen, indem er jährliche, weltweite Zouk-Flashmobs organisatorisch unterstützte. In vielen Ländern gibt es heute Zouk dank des IZFM. Als "DJ Guido Zoukeiro" erstellt er seit einigen Jahren Zouk Remixes u.a. von Chartbreakern wie „All of Me“ und legt auf zahlreichen internationalen Zouk-Festivals auf. Einige seiner Spezialitäten sind das LIVE-Remixen von Songs mit dem Zouk-Beat und anderen Beats. (kreatives Hinzufügen des Zouk-Beats erst während des Abspielens) sowie auch das Video-DJ-ing. Guido kennt nicht nur die Zouk- bzw generelle Tanztechnik bis ins kleinste Detail, sondern arbeitet auch viel mit Intuition, Connection, dem Zusammenspiel von Körper und Geist/Seele, Energie, Vorbereitung des Körpers auf Bewegung und mit Spiritualität. Guido hat Zouk im Blut und tanzt und unterrichtet mit Herz und Seele. To book classes it is not necessary to pay neither initial, nor regular membership fee apart from the cost for the specific course(s). We are organizing classes, parties and other events since 2011 and have profound experience in teaching Zouk and organizing dance events. MARIA STRONSKA ========================= is originally from Ukraine, now living in Graz, Austria. She is a MAC-certified Brazilian Zouk Instructor. Besides Zouk, Maria is also dancing Kizomba, Bachata, and Salsa. Over the course of one year she studied Zouk in detail and passed the MAC evaluation - practical and theoretical exam in Brazilian Zouk in Paris and now is a officially MAC-approved Brazilian Zouk teacher. Maria is really passionate about Zouk and believes in constant learning, self-improving, and expressing herself through dancing. She's looking forward to sharing her Zouk knowledge. GUIDO ASCHENBRENNER ======================= is international dance instructor and also Vienna's first local Zouk teacher and organizer. He started dancing ballroom at the age of 16, also participating in shows already in his first year. Later he discovered Latin dances such as Salsa, Bachata and others, before he got fascinated by Brazilian ZOUK, which he has been dancing since 2010 and teaching since 2011. Since 2014 he also dances Samba de Gafieira, which he is also teaching irregularly as of 2016. Guido has learnt from all important Zouk/Gafieira teachers across the globe in Europe and Brazil in group and private classes as well as numerous special teacher trainings in group and private setting, partly in Brazil, where he was also teaching as congress instructor. Guido always keeps up to date by attending congresses and traveling to Brazil (already 9 times by 2023). His latest stay included a 3 weeks immersion at the famous dance school of Daniel, Matheus & Nina in CAMPINAS, SP, Brazil. The teachers influencing his dance style most significantly are world-famous stars Freddy MARINHO & Andressa CASTELHANO, William TEIXEIRA & Paloma ALVES, Val CLEMENTE & Vanessa BONILHA, Matheus FRANCO & Nina DARBELLO, Marck SILVA & Melyssa TAMADA, Clinton LACERDA & Cristi BOONE and many more. A significant increase of the Zouk scene in Vienna happened thanks to Guido's initiative: Starting in 2011 he was the first one making the important step to teach weekly classes and to organize weekly socials in Austria as well as regular workshop weekends with famous guest teachers (predominantly from Brazil) in Vienna. He is founder of the yearly events RIO ZOUK (& SAMBA) WEEKEND and MEGA ZOUK & SAMBA WEEKEND and has organized numerous smaller events. Overall, he has already brought almost all big teachers to Vienna for workshops, festivals and also for longer-term stays. Guido is the founder of ZOUK-VIENNA CONNECTION, an association in Austria specifically dedicated to ZOUK and other Brazilian dances working closely with other Brazilian organizations and Brazilian artists. As a former member of the International Zouk Flash Mob Management Team (IZFM MT) he also worked to serve the Zouk scene worldwide for several years. Recently he also started creating Zouk remixes as "DJ Guido Zoukeiro" and playing on various international events.
