Brazilian Zouk - July *Sunday Intensive* with Brigitte

This Sunday-Intensive will take you into the world of Brazilian partner-dancing. Zouk is a dance that is all about connecting with the other, making a fusion of two expressive bodies and souls. I am originally from Switzerland and have been living in Rio de Janeiro for the past 7 years, where I totally immersed into the Brazilian Culture. I’ll introduce you to the Brazilian joy of sharing life through dance. Zouk - that originated from Lambada - is known for the hip- and head-movements and the incredible flow of two people dancing. My approach on partner-dancing comes with a totally new perspective. Everyone will learn how to lead & follow and how to change back-and-forth between proposing movements and surrendering.
