Come along and bring along your friends to our regular Friday night Brazilian Zouk dance classes and social party where you will have the opportunity to learn this amazing dance in a fun, relaxed and friendly environment. Studies have shown that dancing is one of the most effective therapies for both the body and mind. Brazilian Zouk extends this therapy to the soul. Had a tough week? Week 2: Friday 14th April: lateral options for follower & leader Week 3: Friday 21st April: body isolations working on waves, elegant walk.
