Join Brigitte on a journey into the mesmerizing flow of Brazilian Zouk. This workshop on the 6th of January, explores non-verbal connection, inviting you to experience communication beyond words, where everyone leads and follows. We’ll tune into the body’s mechanics and senses to create a playful, fluid dance with ourselves and each other. Through a state of meditative presence, we’ll find harmony between body and mind, discovering a sense of freedom and connection in each moment.
