The workshop will be about 50% focus on 1 legged spins and the rest of the workshops will be Latiff and Sepidehs choice! The workshops will be open level, so beginners are welcomed! However we do not recommend these workshops for absolute beginners who have never done zouk before. We recommend at least 1 term or equivalent of experience.
