✨ Brazilian Zouk Training Course - First edition! ✨ Join us on the first edition of the Piro and Nelly Brazilian Zouk Training course in Birkagården! We will focus on understanding the mechanics of Zouk by deconstructing each movement. The term will build a strong base necessary for solid footwork in all the variations of the basics of Zouk. The training will also include exercises to condition your body for the skills required for clean execution of more complex movements like counterbalances, single-leg spins, and head-movements. This course will highlight key concepts that support both personal and community growth.
