Hello everyone! Class is every Wednesday of every month. Come and learn Brazilianzouk with an international dance instructor! All classes are progressive to make sure everyone learn something new and the breakdown is as follows: - Warm up, 5 minutes of class - Basic drills, 10 minutes (Frente atraía, lateral, diagonal, in place, basic inside and outside turns) - Combination of the day, 20 minutes (It may include bone a or rag doll technique, with and or without head movement - Feelings application - Practice 15 minutes We will start promptly at 8:30pm!
