The over-arching theme of this season will be on body movement (with a little something extra on the 29th July class 😉) ❓What is open level ❓ This is for anyone familiar with the foundations of Brazilian Zouk, such as Linear Basic, Viradinha, Lateral, Elastico. If you have knowledge of body movement already, even better!
