She has training in the Russian ballet, modern, and contemporary dance. Anna was a member of three professional dance companies, for several years throughout high school, college, and graduate school. She holds a master's in dance movement therapy and counseling along with a graduate certificate in Laban Movement Analysis. This allows her to apply techniques of movement repatterning and efficient foundational movements in her teaching and coaching.
