Brazilian Zouk Workshops mit Special Guest Getúlio Ramalho (Belo Horizonte, BRA) We are happy to present you Getúlio Ramalho. His career began in 2000 at the Cia Dance company in his home town of Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and he specialized in Forró, Samba and Zouk. He is known for his outgoing and sensual style of dance, always prioritizing the communication between partners over the combination of steps. EUR 22 für Stud./Azubis mit Nachweis. * Danach EUR 30 regulär bzw. EUR 27 erm. für Stud./Azubis. Tanzpartner: grundsätzlich ist eine Anmeldung mit oder ohne Tanzpartner/in möglich. Allerdings werden wir auf das Verhältnis Leader/Follower achten, daß es einigermaßen ausgeglichen ist. Eine spontane Anmeldung vor Ort ist möglich insofern noch Plätze frei sind und entsprechend dem Leader/Follower Verhältnis. Teilnahmebedingungen • Die Anmeldung erfolgt schriftlich per e-mail. Die Anmeldung ist verbindlich, die Teilnahmegebühr wird auch bei Nichterscheinen, Abbruch oder Absage seitens des Teilnehmers/der Teilnehmerin fällig und kann nicht rückerstattet werden. Eine Übertragung auf eine/n Ersatzteilnehmer/ ist nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Veranstalter, bei passendem Level und passender Rolle (Leader/Follower) bis 1 Tag vor Workshopbeginn möglich gegen eine Bearbeitungsgebühr i.H.v. EUR 5 pro Umschreibung. • Sollte die Veranstaltung seitens des Veranstalters abgesagt werden müssen, so erhalten alle Teilnehmer/innen bereits bezahlte Teilnahmegebühren zurückerstattet. Weitere Erstattungs- oder Ausgleichsansprüche der Teilnehmer/innen (z.B. Anfahrt, Übernachtung, etc.) bestehen ausdrücklich nicht. • Die Teilnehmer/innen erklären sich einverstanden, daß der Veranstalter die zur Durchführung der Veranstaltung erforderlichen Daten (Name, e-mail Adresse, Handynummer, sowie Art der gebuchten Workshops) speichert und verarbeitet, sowohl elektronisch als auch analog. Zouk basics are assumed, not suitable for beginners without prior knowledge. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us in advance. Where: Dance studio Ritmo, Belgrader Str. 2, 93055 Regensburg How to get there: bus stop "Liebigstraße" about 3-5 min walk from the studio parking in the yard or surrounding streets (limited number of spaces) Costs: * Early bird offer: EUR 25 per 2-hour block when booking at least 48 hours before workshop beginn, or reduced EUR 22 for students/trainees with student ID. * Afterwards EUR 30 regular or EUR 27 reduced for students/trainees with ID. Dance partners: Registration is possible with or without a dance partner. However, we will check that the leader/follower ratio is approximately balanced. Spontaneous registration on site is possible if there are still places available and according to the leader/follower ratio. Conditions of Participation • Registration takes place in writing via e-mail. Registration is binding; the participation fee is due even in the event of no-show, or cancellation on the part of the participant, and cannot be refunded. A transfer to a replacement participant is possible after prior agreement with the organizer, if the level and role (leader/follower) is suitable, up to 1 day before the start of the workshop for a processing fee of EUR 5 per transfer. • If the event has to be canceled by the organizer, all participants will receive a refund of any participation fees they have already paid. Participants do not have any further claims for reimbursement or compensation (e.g. travel, overnight stay, etc.). • The participants agree that the organizer will store and process the data required to carry out the event (name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, and type of workshops booked), both electronically and analogously. The data will not be passed on to third parties. • Participation is at your own risk. • The organizer assumes no liability for the participants' wardrobe or valuables, etc. • The basic hygiene rules apply (only come to the course when healthy, good hand hygiene, coughing and sneezing etiquette, ventilation of the room, etc.). • Photos and videos will be taken at the event.
