Brazilianzouk Progressive Class For Social Dancers Learn how to vibe with each other!! There are two lessons on Wednesday, please make sure to take the foundation class starting at 8:30pm if you want to join the intermediate class! Contact Tirso for possible exceptions. Classes breakdown: - Warm up, 5 minutes of class - Basic drills, 10 minutes (Frente atraía, lateral, diagonal, in place, basic inside and outside turns) - Combination of the day, 20 minutes (It may include boneca or rag doll technique, with and/or without head movement, body isolations, counterbalance, depending on class level - Feelings application - Practice 15 minutes Foundation class at 8:30pm - 9:30pm Intermediate class at 9:30 - 10:30pm (We may turn off the lights at 10:20 to work on connection drills) No partner necessary, come and enjoy! :) Contact Tirso @ 818-634-0503 with any questions!
