Breakaway Teacher Workshop ft. Sam Nguyen PART 1

Hello bay area Lindy Hop teachers! The Breakaway is hosting two lil' teaching-focused workshops to help you on your teaching journey! Join us on Feb 2nd and 16th in the upstairs room at the Breakaway during the first half of the dance (8:15 - 9:00pm). These are two separate workshops with different topics, so you can attend one or both! This is the event for the Feb 2nd workshop! If you aren't, I just ask that you pay the usual $10 Breakaway admission to join us! If you're interested in giving back more, you can venmo Sam directly for her rad instruction :)! ***TOPIC*** Feb 2nd - Multiple Intelligences Teaching "How can we provide multiple access points for our students to learn our class material? Sam brings her experience as a high school science teacher to talk about the theory of multiple intelligences and how that can inform the way we teach. Be ready to think like a learner and practicing planning in small groups!" Oh, and if you're on the core teaching staff, don't forget that you can drop into any class for free. Sam and I will be teaching Level 2 this month, so you can also drop in 7-8pm before the workshop and see some of her teaching in action!
