Specially chosen, only available from SOMA Breath tracks are selected and woven together to take you on a beautiful wild journey into your own lucid dream. We will engage our sound and vibration to aid in our journey, through guided chanting and also Freestyle where you are led by sound coming from deep in your soul. Come to play in this High Consciousness studio where everything is alive even the objects and walls within. Included are new special breathing exercises, guided standing rhythmic breathing, brief breath holds while standing and longer when seated near the end of the event.
