Awaken your body, connect and feel all of your emotions in a safe and loving community. Together we will share a series of breathwork ceremonies, including cacao plant medicine by Jemma Gawned Breath of Bliss by Christabel Zamor, Anna Maria Hernmarck and Anshu Singh and Breath of Bliss graduates Ana Kristina, Mela Mariposa, Djeena Tanngaali, Samantha Hoogenboom, Annabel James, Laura Munaym Ecstastic shaking, Taoist energy practices, ecstastic dance with Sophie Siegel, African song and dance by Malaika MaVeena Darville, and much more! Supported by somatic integration, touch and deep sharing. Featuring Panel Discussion with guest experts Ashanna Solaris, Dana Dharma Devi DeLong, Richard Bock, Giten Tonkov, Anthony Abbagnano, Amara Samata over a brown bag lunch.
