A new Summer Community retreat, with an outdoor DJ stage! Come unplug from the world and nourish yourself with Ecstatic Dance—a freeform journey of self-discovery through music and movement for exercise, emotional expression, and community connection. Additional sessions in related modalities—including Contact Improv, relational movement, yoga, and Qigong—will help us drop deeper into movement as meditation. We don't expect everybody to participate in every scheduled activity—each participant manages their own time and flow between the workshop sessions and the rest of the Breitenbush facilities.
