Brighton Ecstatic Dance *SOLD OUT*

Welcome to ecstatic dance in Brighton! The night begins with a cacao ceremony to connect with each other and the space, then leave your inner-critic behind and free the body to find joy and creativity in dance. The music will take you on a journey through a wide range of heart-based EDM – moving, uplifting, euphoric, funky... then we close the night with a sound meditation and savasana. There will be light suggestions but this is a mostly unguided practice... surrender yourself to the music and let your body be the guide. We have an amazing new venue with a professional club PA and lighting display. THIS IS AN ALCOHOL FREE EVENT Conscious clubbers only please Doors open at 7.30pm. The cacao ceremony and main dance will begin at 8pm.
