The night begins with a cacao ceremony before we are released onto the dance floor. Leave your inner-critic behind and free the body to find joy in creativity and movement and high energy dance. The music will flow through progressive and psychedelic trance. Uplifting, euphoric, flowing, with hypnotic bass and rhythms. After the main dance we close with a sound meditation and savasana. There will be a brief introduction but this is an unguided practice... surrender yourself to the music and let your body be the guide. We have an amazing venue with a powerful Turbosound PA, full lighting show, lasers and projected visuals for a truly immersive experience. STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL Doors open at 7.15pm for a 7.30 start. Please arrive in plenty of time as we may not be able to admit you once the event has begun. *** About the Cacao Ceremony (hosted by Rozy Kalliabetsos) We will be offering ceremonial cacao in a short ritual before the dance. Ceremonial cacao is chocolate in its most potent and magical form, used in ceremony to open the heart. This super special Guatemalan cacao has been used by the Mayans and Aztecs thousands of years ago and was known as the ‘food of the gods’. Ceremonial cacao is contraindicated for some groups, including (but not limited to) those on antidepressants, on a dietary detox or fasting, or anyone suffering from migraines, a heart condition, or high sensitivity/anxiety. Please get in touch if you have any concerns and check any medication you are on before participating. We will be serving a half ceremonial dose of approx 30g, if you would like to participate at a lower dose, please let us know.
