(Food & Coffee included) TDJ Vicky Damianou The golden age of tango โค๏ธ The 40's was a revolutionary period for the dance and the music in the history of tango, with the maturity of the dancers and the renovators of the rhythm such as Julio De Caro, Osvaldo Fresedo, Juan Carlos Cobiรกn , the typical orchestras that were formed, all first class with professionals with solid musical training, obtained at the conservatory, cemented that renewal that marked a new stage in the life of tango. The activity of the typical orchestras doubled due to the flow of public in the danceable places, in the neighborhood clubs dances were organized every weekend, which originated the diffusion of music through records, which is why record production multiplied. In the interior of the province of Buenos Aires, the clubs hired the main orchestras to entertain dances at their social venues. At the Carnival festivities, most of the main football clubs organized 7 Carnival soirรฉe, hiring the main orchestras, the newspapers published with big headlines the presentation of the different orchestras in the best-known clubs.
