In all cases, we provide information about these to those present before the recording. Appearing in pictures/videos is voluntary, if the person concerned does not agree to this, they will not be included in these recordings (in a cover-up, i.e. in an unrecognizable way, or we record the pictures from a different camera position where they are not included). At the first entrance to the dance classes, we take a profile photo so that we can identify the participant during the daily entrances. The photo cannot be seen by anyone other than the user, it is only displayed on the display monitor when logging in, and can be seen in the user's own online, password-protected profile.
