BVD ACADEMY 8th annual X'MAS FANCY DRESS PARTY!!!!

Join us for BVD ACADEMY special celebration 8th annual X'MAS PARTY! BVD Xmas & Fancy Dress Party! Hola dear friends and students, The time has come for a fantastic BVD Xmas & Party! Wow, how exciting - I've just heard from my Cuban friends in Finland that Santa Claus has been told about all the Cuban aficionados in Sydney. (Yes, they have Cuban music and dance festivals over there...) Santa will now have a secret holiday in Sydney to rest up before his big world trip on 25 December! He's promised to stop over on Saturday 10th December at the Bexley North Hotel to give out his presents to all the students, teachers and friends of the Buena Vista Dance Academy. Because of the visit of our honoured guest who celebrates happiness and good times, we're going to make it a Fancy Dress party once again. Please come dressed in whatever costume makes you feel good - i.e. your own version of happiness and celebrations. There will be a prize for the best disguise, not even your friends should recognise you! The winner of the best disguise will receive $100.00, one week of unlimited BVD classes, dinner for two at Bexley North Hotel, and a present from Santa. Date: Saturday 10th September Venue: Bexley North Hotel Address: Slade Road (cnr Bexley Rd), Bexley North NSW 2207 This party is going to feature the latest music and dance direct from Cuba and the Latin community. Cuban Salsa, Son, Rumba, Kizomba, Samba, Dominican Bachata and Merengue - You won't find anything like this anywhere else in Sydney! Many of you have been asking for Moro to teach more Cuban dance styles, and now here is your chance to expand your Cuban dancing knowledge beyond your regular salsa classes. Come and join our workshops to learn Afrocuban to apply to your Salsa & a Rueda workshop from a genuine Cuban master, El Moro, right here in Sydney! WORKSHOP: 5 - 6:20pm Afrocuban applied to Cuban Salsa & Rueda (Beg - Interm) Price: $30 BVD dinner, 6:30 - 7:30pm Social dance after this until late. Price: $15 or $35 including the workshop.
