Guidelines: WE DANCE BAREFOOT to connect more fully with the ground (however, wearing socks is great!) If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK WE DANCE WITHOUT WORDS to make it easier to be embodied in a Meditative State. facilitators might use some words to invite movement exploration. RESPECT PERSONAL BOUNDARIES We agree to practice non-verbal consent in this space. We observe body language and respect the dancers who want to dance solo. WHAT TO WEAR Give preference for outfits that are lightweight, breathable and flexible. Opt for loose-fitting clothing made from natural fabrics like cotton or bamboo, which allow your skin to breathe as you dance. Layering is also a wise choice, as it allows you to adjust your temperature easily.
