Cacao Ceremony + Contact Improv Jam ! Music by TIKKI Masala !

Everyone is invited to this most magical of events ! Thursday March 12th Forgotten Land 6pm - Arrival 6:30 - Cacao Ceremony 8pm - Contact Improv Jam <3 Music by TIKKI MASALA ! We will begin the evening with a ceremonial dose of high quality hot cacao drink, the we will do a few short guided exercises, relating form the heart and exploring sensations and connection, then we will move into an open jam space, a free play, choose-your-own-adventure practice of contact improvisation. A few words about the cacao offering:) Cacao is heart medicine ♥ I like to say that it connects our heart body to our light body. A ceremonial dose is somehow both gentle and very powerful.
