We use the power of intention setting, Prayer, music, silence, guided meditation, breath and voice, ecstatic dance and sharing to deepen the heart connection and to open up to the healing that the Cacao offers us. Let your spirit fly on a tapestry of live sacred Medicine Music of Andean, Amazonian and Astral origins, guided voice, guitar, didgeridoo, small percussion instruments and harmonica. Sync your heartbeat to the pulse of the Earth on the beats of the shamanic drum. We close our ceremony by giving Thanks and Blessings in a beautiful, heartfelt prayer. ♡ ABOUT THE CACAO We will consume hand.made 100% organic raw ceremonial-grade Cacao from Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. It’s made of an heirloom strain of Criollo Cacao, which has been grown on small family-owned farms since the time of the Mayans. 100% of the profits of this Cacao go to Mayan families who produce this ancestral medicine. The Cacao elixir we will brew for this ceremony fuses the elements of Water, Fire, Air and Earth together with Prayer and Love. A touch of Spice sparks the Cacao into unleashing its power into our systems. ♡ HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF Tune in to the vibration of the Cacao in the days previous to the ceremony by setting your intention on what you would like to focus on, release, manifest or transform. To prepare your body for the cacao to enter your system easily, we recommend not or only very light eating at least 3 hours before the start of the ceremony. Drink a lot of water before and during the ceremony. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, and feel free to beautify yourself as much as you want - it’s a celebration of the heart! Please make sure to arrive on time. ♡ WHAT TO BRING You are encouraged to bring any crystals, feathers, photos or other objects that have a special meaning to you, to put on the altar. Please bring a bottle of water, to make sure you are well hydrated throughout the ceremony.
