Cacao Ceremony, Medicine Dance & Reiki Sound Bath 💓🦋✨

Again super excited to host this Cacao-Medicine Dance-Sound Healing session in Valencia! The last few sessions have been really beautiful, thanks to the participants 🙏🏼 I will be offering the following combination at Centro Shambhala: - Cacao Ceremony ☕ - with pure cacao from Mexico. We will sing, share and drink this sacred drink for opening the heart 💗 - Sana-Danza / Medicine Dance✨: Throughout my Ecstatic Dance world tour, a new type of conscious dance has emerged for me- Integrating my shamanic work in Soul Retrieval, with my experience as an Ecstatic DJ (note: this is not exactly an Ecstatic Dance.. It will be a bit different 🙂), conscious dance, original music with medicine voice, guided meditations, movement medicine and freeform dance, to open up and heal the body. In the Mesoamerican Soul Retrieval practice, dance is used to release mental habits that block certain parts of our being that we have lost through life. Together we will co-create this ceremony to call lost parts of our soul and receive them in our heart and body. The focus of this practice will be: releasing what does not serve us, with the intention of making space for our whole being. Transformation. Integrity. Happiness. Cleansing. Connection. - Sound Journey with Reiki 🎤💓 With the use of Tibetan bowls, quartz bowls, rattle, drum, chants and other healing sounds, we will surrender our bodies and minds to receive the final healing of this ceremony.
