Cacao is heart-opening medicine. It helps to heal and restore the connection with your heart, and facilitates it to blossom wide open, so that release, transformation and manifestation can happen. It also increases focus and clarity, as well as creativity, sensitivity and empathy. IxCAcao, the female Spirit of Cacao is a teacher and a keeper of ancestral, sacred wisdom. Gently inviting you to dive into your inner being and expand your heart space, she can be perceived as radiant, clear energy. She carries frequencies of love, harmony and compassion allowing for a deep, healing connection with yourself and others, silencing the mind so you can hear the wisdom of the whispers of your heart. We will consume hand-made 100% organic raw ceremonial-grade Cacao from Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. It’s made of an heirloom strain of Criollo Cacao, which has been grown on small family-owned farms since ancient times 100% of the profits of this Cacao go to Mayan families who produce this ancestral medicine. The Cacao elixir we will brew for this ceremony fuses the elements of Water, Fire, Air and Earth together with Prayer and Love. A touch of Spice sparks the Cacao into unleashing its power into our systems. ♡ RAPEH MEDICINE Rapeh is a powerful, non-psychoactive Amazonian sacred snuff, widely used by indigenous tribes in their spiritual and cultural traditions. There are many different varieties of Rapeh, elaborated from various blends of Amazonian herbs, plants, sacred trees and Mapacho (sacred jungle tobacco). The specific Rapeh that we will be offering is from the Yawanawa tribe. It consists only of Mapacho and Tsunu bark ash and is made in a ceremonial way, with lots of prayer and respect. It's been sourced directly from the Yawanawa people. It is an ancient Medicine that connects us to the energy of Yuxibu - the Energy of Creation. It instantly brings us in the present moment, facilitating a strong connection with the spiritual realm. We will talk more about the qualities of Rapeh during the Ceremony and will offer it to those who feel drawn to this Medicine. ♡ WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CEREMONY Guided by ceremonial wisdom from indigenous traditions and listening to the information in our own DNA as well as our intuition, we create a sacred space to allow you to connect deeply to the medicine. We use the power of intention setting, Prayer, music, silence, guided meditation, breath and voice, ecstatic dance and sharing to deepen the heart connection and to open up to the healing that the Cacao invites us to. Let your spirit fly on a tapestry of live Medicine Music of Andean, Amazonian and Astral origins, guided voice, guitar, didgeridoo, small percussion instruments and harmonica. Sync your heartbeat to the pulse of the Earth on the beats of the shamanic drum. We will open up the circle to those who want to share their music, so bring your instruments and prepare your songs. We close our ceremony by giving Thanks to and Blessings in a beautiful, heartfelt prayer. ♡ ABOUT THE VENUE This Cacao Ceremony will be held at Los Cosmiqueros home base: The Cosmic Temple of Tierra Cosmica, set in the lush country side of Monda, only a 15 minute drive from Marbella. The Cosmic Temple is a wonderful sanctuary, purposely built to provide a nurturing, sacred space for high vibration ceremonial work. A haven of beauty, harmony and peace, the Cosmic Temple is fitted with an amazing dance floor and spectacular sound system. We will send driving directions via Whatsapp on the day of the Ceremony. ♡ HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF Tune in to the vibration of the Cacao in the days previous to the ceremony by setting your intention on what you would like to focus on, release, call in or transform. To prepare your body for the cacao to enter your system easily; we recommend not or only light eating at least 3 hours before the start of the ceremony. Keep your caffeine intake during the day down to a minimum or avoid all together. Drink a lot of water before and during the ceremony. Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, and feel free to beautify yourself as much as you want - it’s a celebration of the heart! Please make sure to arrive on time, but no earlier than 15:30 please. ♡ WHAT TO BRING You are encouraged to bring any crystals, feathers, photos or other small objects that have a special meaning to you, to put on the altar. Please bring a bottle of water, to make sure you are well hydrated throughout the ceremony. Please bring a shawl or light blanket, as well as a yoga mat and / or meditation cushion, as well as a journal. If you play an instrument and/or carry songs, and would like to share music, please prepare accordingly.
