Cacao Circle & Playshop Join us for the opening, led by Sha Golanski, for a cacao circle with directly sourced cacao from Guatemalan family farms. We will share a heart opening cacao elixir with intention and gratitude. We will then explore a playful movement warm up, interweaving elements of yoga asana, breathwork and fun group games.
